We are hiring an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) Manager for a captive healthcare organization. This is a critical leadership role supporting business performance, people strategy, and compliance in a high-impact environment.

What We’re Looking For

15–18 years of overall HR experience
Strong HRBP experience (Healthcare / RCM domain preferred)
Proven expertise in employee relations, engagement & conflict resolution
Ability to drive performance improvement initiatives
Experience in policy formulation and statutory compliance
Comfortable with Night Shift and Work From Office (WFO)
