Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager with 3–4 years of experience in the SaaS industry to manage cross-functional projects from initiation through delivery. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience coordinating with product, engineering, QA, and customer-facing teams to ensure timely, high-quality releases in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Track milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables across multiple concurrent projects. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation models.
• Plan, execute, and deliver SaaS projects in line with defined scope, timelines, and quality standards.
• Act as the primary point of contact between product management, engineering, QA, design, and customer success teams.
• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and release coordination meetings.
• Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to internal stakeholders and leadership.
• Identify project risks early and implement mitigation strategies.
• Manage scope changes through proper change control processes.
• Ensure deliverables meet functional, performance, and quality expectations.

Technical Skills Required

• Proficiency Strong understanding of SaaS product lifecycles and release management.
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, or similar.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Project Manager or Project Coordinator in a SaaS or software product company.
• Experience managing cloud-based or subscription-based software projects.
