Quality Engineer / Manager

We are looking for a skilled Quality Engineer / Manager to strengthen Quality Management Systems in a design-driven manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Implement & maintain QMS aligned with ISO 9001:2015
• Ensure compliance with ISO 14001:2015 & ISO 45001:2018
• Lead product inspections, audits & quality control processes
• Drive 8D, RCA & CAPA methodologies
• Manage supplier & customer quality coordination
• Act as ISO Management Representative (MR)

Ideal Candidate Profile:
• 3–6 years experience in Control Panel / Electrical / Automation / EPC industry
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards & compliance
• Ability to read technical drawings & BOM
• Familiarity with switchgear & automation systems
• Strong analytical & cross-functional coordination skills

Education:

Diploma / B.E / B.Tech (EEE / E&I / ECE)
