About the Role

We are hiring for a field-oriented Sales Engineer / Manager for a design-driven manufacturing organization specializing in custom-built industrial control panels for process industries and EPC projects.

This is not a desk-based role. The position requires active field engagement, customer visits, and strong relationship-building within the industrial ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business through customer & project site visits

• Build relationships with consultants, EPC contractors, OEMs & plant teams

• Understand technical requirements related to control panels & automation solutions

• Coordinate with internal teams (Design, Estimation, Production & Projects)

• Track enquiries, quotations, follow-ups & order closures

• Represent the company in technical discussions & client meetings

• Achieve assigned sales targets

Candidate Profile

✔ 3–7 years of experience in Industrial B2B Sales

✔ Experience in Control Panels / Switchgear / Automation / EPC Sales

✔ Exposure to consultants, contractors, OEMs & industrial customers

✔ Comfortable with cold visits & long sales cycles

✔ Self-driven, target-oriented & field-focused
